the week consisted of work and cleaning and cooking and all of the boring stuff “adults” do. my hair extensions came in though! so that was cool. i toned them and cut them to blend with my hair. i’ll probably do a separate blog post on that for those who are interested.
bridal shower
this weekend i traveled to my hometown for one of my best friend’s bridal shower. it was so cute! i have a few photos below to share. i photographed the day for her and took like 600 photos. but it was a lot of fun! also, i highly recommend doing the custom snap chat filter that you can get for any event!
where i live now is about a five hour drive away, so i’m really not looking forward to driving back. the drive can be superrrr boring. does anyone know of any really good podcasts or audio books? i feel like those would make the trip go by a lot faster. it’s always good to be home though. always.

BANFF!! ahhh, i’m so so so excited. the title kind of already gave away where i am going, but just pretend to be surprised. we don’t have all of the details worked out, but it’s on my bucket list, so it’ll be cool to check that off! if anyone has ever been there before, let me know the must-do’s and your recommendations for food and places to stay.

hair series
im hoping to have more photos and stuff throughout this upcoming week because i know this post doesn’t have a lot to it. being busy makes blogging hard to keep up with!
i am going to be doing a series on here though all about my hair. i get SO many questions about it so i want to start with how i prepped my hair to be totally bleached, how i manage it now, etc. so stay tuned for that! i’ll probably do an added post during the week separate from my sunday life update posts.
